Locals of the kitchen, at HOST İstanbul 2023
The Turkish Home and Kitchen Goods Sector, which exported 6.1 billion dollars last year and aims to close 2022 with exports of approximately 7 billion dollars, anticipates new success stories at HOST İstanbul 2023. As the most important sector meeting of the spring season, the Fair is expected to host 15,000 visitors and participants. HOST İstanbul, organized by Tarsus Türkiye in cooperation with the Glassware Association (ZÜCDER), opens its doors for the sixteenth time between 9-12 March 2023. Thousands of designs will be showcased in the categories of “Tableware and Kitchenware”, “Cooking Equipment”, “Plastic Houseware & Garden Accessories”, “Houseware”, “Decorative Home and Kitchenware” and “Small Electrical Appliances”.
HOST İstanbul 2023, the most important sectoral meeting of the MENA region in the spring season, will host domestic producers from the 10 billion-dollar Turkish Home and Kitchen Goods Sector. Featuring an expanded space compared to previous fairs on the basis of total square meters, HOST İstanbul 2023 will be held on an area of 40 thousand square meters at Tüyap Beylikdüzü, hosting a greater number of exhibiting companies as well as a wider variety of products exhibited. In addition to more than 350 brands, all of which are domestic producers, more than 15,000 direct buyer visitors, 5,000 of which are from abroad, will participate in the Fair.

“In addition to its location and logistics advantages, Türkiye stands out on a global scale with its producer identity,” said Tarsus Türkiye General Manager Zekeriya Aytemur, adding that especially domestic producers can turn these advantages into opportunities in HOST İstanbul 2023 and increase export volumes by expanding their market shares. Noting that large-scale purchases and new trade agreements are anticipated during the event, Aytemur said, “HOST İstanbul will be an important meeting address for the Turkish Home and Kitchen Goods Sector to reach its new export targets in 2023.”
